Introduction

Dispersing agent 933(F) indirectly improves washing efficiency and product qualification rate by stabilizing the dispersion state of dyes and reducing precipitative defects.

Meanwhile, its chemical resistance lowers the risk of process fluctuations, making it particularly suitable for the processing of stretch denim that requires precise control.

Characteristics

1. Easily soluble in hot water ( suggested temperature 80-100℃) and compatible with various surfactant and other additives
2. Resistant to acid, alkali, hard water, as well as superior dispersing and emulsifying properties.
3. Good dispersing and emulsifying properties
4. Used as a high-efficiency dispersant in one-bath dyeing of wool-acrylic blended fabrics.
5. Applied as anti-precipitant during dyeing with acid dyes and cationic dyes.
6. Serves as raw material for industrial detergents and glass fiber emulsifiers.

Application Methods

Diluted Dispersing agent 933(F) in big flake form with hot water (suggested temperature 80-100℃), whereas, the small flake mixed powder form can be diluted with room temperature water. The dilution for the big flake dispersant under room temperature will needs longer time, not be suggested.

After dilute Dispersing agent 933(F), keep the dilution till it cools down to room temperature, then mix it with other various surfactant and additives.

With the dosage at most 3%-10% of Dispersing agent 933(F) or lower dosage as per customer’s requests for the dilution. Please do not add 20%, otherwise, it will turn into paste form as the solution temperature drops.

1. Used as a strong dispersant in the one-bath dyeing process of wool/acrylic blended fabrics.

Usage:
● For light color dyeing: approximately 1-3% (based on fabric weight).
● For deep and concentrated color dyeing: approximately 0.5-2% (based on fabric weight)

2.Used as an anti-precipitant when using acid dyes, and cationic dyes

3.In denim washing, it is mainly used to improve dyeing stability and processing efficiency

Packaging and Storage

● Package: in 25kg paper bags
● Handle with care (light loading and unloading)
● Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place
● Shelf life: 1 year
