Basic Information

We supply finished cooling fabric embedded with standard PCM integration technology. The liquid PCM is integrated into liquid fiber and mixed, then we use the mixed fiber to make the soft PCM-embedded fabrics.

PCM is not coated on the surface of the fabric, so our PCM embedded fabrics are more safe for the baby, infant clothes.

We can supply customers the Tencel/Lyocell fibre/yarn integrated with PCM perfectly, in China we are the most mature supplier of PCM Lyocell/Tencel fibre/yarn .

Our PCM Lyocell/Tencel fibre is 1.5d with an enthalpy value of 50 J/g, but it needs to be blended with other fibers for yarn spinning.

and For PCM Tencel/Lyocell yarn, curently we supply the following types:

a. 40S compact spun blended yarn: 30% Lyocell PCM + 70% Cotton, enthalpy 15 J/g

b. 50S compact spun blended yarn: 50% Lyocell PCM + 50% regular Modal, enthalpy 23 J/g

c. 40S compact spun blended yarn: 50% Lyocell PCM + 50% Modal, enthalpy 25 J/g

Our supplied fibres and yarns, are very suitable for the final fabric weight 200–220 GSM for premium baby sleepwear.

In China, many textile mills or finishing factories have already used our PCM chemistry, and PCM fibre/Yarn.

At the same time, we also can develop the other fabrics for customer’s special request, i.e. the Tencel/Lyocell and Bamboo fiber etc.

Finished fabric’s width, length and gram weight can be customized according to customer production requirements. Multiple color choices are available, minimum order quantity for each fabric is 200kgs for bulk wholesale.

Product Properties

The fabric has remarkable instant cooling feeling and durable temperature adjustment function. After professional finishing, it still keeps excellent air permeability and soft hand feel, no hard and thick feeling.

Stable washing fastness, cooling performance and fabric appearance will not change obviously after multiple times of conventional washing. Tensile strength and wear resistance meet daily processing and wearing standard.

The PCM cooling fabrics can give the wearer comfortable wearing temperature, when the body temperature and the environment temperature is higher than 28C, the PCM inside the fabrics will transition from solid to liquid, and absorb the heat and release the cooling. Once the the temperature and the environment temperature is lower than 25C, the PCM inside the fabrics will transition from liquid to solid, and release the cooling warm. It will automatically adjust the temperature and always gives the wearers the comfortable wearing temperature.

Product Performance

It can relieve sultry feeling effectively in high temperature environment, reduce heat accumulation during sleep and activities. The fabric is skin friendly and breathable, bring long time comfortable experience.

Cleaning & Storage

Adopt cold water gentle machine washing, do not use bleach and strong irritant detergent. Low temperature drying or natural airing is recommended, ironing and dry cleaning are prohibited. Store in dry environment to avoid damp mildew.

Shelf Life

Normal storage condition can keep good performance for 2 years.

FAQ

Q: Is processing cutting same as ordinary fabric?
A: Completely same, no special equipment needed, suitable for all conventional textile cutting and sewing machines.

Q: How long can cooling function last?
A: The performance can keep consistent during whole service life of fabric under correct daily maintenance.

Storage

Suggest to store Finished PCM Embedded Fabric at 25 ℃ or below in a sealed container to keep the longer stability
