Our UR NZYME 720L is a neutral cellulase liquid, can be applicable for biopolishing of knits and denim stone washing, it brings a clean de-pilling performance on knitted fabrics, and achieves good contrast and good anti-backstainng peformance based on proper dosage.
UR NZYME 720L liquid neutral cellulase is a high-performance bio-enzyme preparation specifically designed for the bio-polishing and softening of cellulose fiber fabrics. It maintains high activity and excellent stability under near-neutral pH conditions.
It can gently degrade the microfibrils on the fiber surface, reducing pilling and improving fabric smoothness and color vibrancy, while also giving the fabric a naturally soft feel. It is suitable for enzymatic washing processes in dyeing or finishing of cotton, linen, viscose, and blended fabrics.
It can be used with immersion or overflow equipment and is widely used in knitting mills, weaving mills, dyeing and finishing plants, and garment fabric companies, especially for high-end products such as T-shirts, shirts, and home textiles that require a delicate texture.

Definition of Enzyme Activity
Enzyme activity of cellulase is defined that under certain temperature, pH rate and reaction time, the rate at which a unit volume (or unit mass) of enzyme preparation catalyzes a specific cellulose substrate (such as filter paper, cellulose, cotton fabric, etc.) to produce products with reducing ends (mainly glucose or reducing sugars).
The measurement of cellulase enzyme activity is usually expressed as: the amount of enzyme required to catalyze the production of 1 micromole (μmol) of reducing sugar (measured in current equivalents) per minute per milliliter (or per gram) of enzyme preparation, which is defined as one “unit” (U).
That is: 1 U/mL = 1 μmol glucose equivalent / (min·mL enzyme)

UR NZYME 720L is a neutral cellulase liquid specifically designed for the biopolishing of cotton, rayon, and their blends. It is also highly effective in abrasion and vintage effects on denim. This enzyme treatment operates under mild conditions, resulting in minimal fabric strength loss.

Features and Benefits
- It is ideally suited for the biopolishing of cotton, its blended fabrics, effectively reduces the de-pilling of knitted fabrics, giving softer hand feel, increasing the added-value to fabrics

Recommended Dosage
We recommend to formulate UR NZYME 720L with sorbitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, anti-backstaining agent, buffer, filler etc, then use the diluted product, as UR NZYME 720L is a high concentrated product, normally not use the original enzyme directly.
Please try in the lab to confirm the suitable dosage for your application, because for different fabrics, different process, different desired performances, the specific dosage may vary between different customers.
Generally, we recommend you to dilute UR NZYME 720L at 15-25% dilution
After dilution, the recommended dosage (for example, basing on 20% dilution) for your reference as under:
Garments (Belly washers/Front loaders): 0.3 % to 1.5 % o.w.g
Fabrics (Jets and soft flow):0.5 % to 2.0 % o.w.f
Treatment time: 15-60mins

Storage
To ensure extend shelf life, store UR NZYME 720L at 25 ℃ or below in a sealed container, shelf life 9 months.
