Thermalcare PCM (Phase Change Material), for thermo-regulated textiles
Thermalcare PCM is a phase change material used in temperature-controlled textiles.
It absorbs or releases latent heat within a specific temperature range, regulating the microenvironment temperature through a reversible solid-liquid phase transition.
When the external temperature rises, the PCM absorbs heat and melts, delaying the fabric’s temperature increase. when the temperature drops, it solidifies and releases heat, slowing down heat loss and maintaining a comfortable temperature for the wearer.
Its phase change point can be customized to suit different application needs. The material is highly stable, leak-proof, and does not affect the breathability or softness of the fabric after being combined with fibers.
Thermalcare PCM is widely used in outdoor clothing, maternity and infant wear, medical and healthcare textiles, etc., improving the wearing experience and reducing fatigue and discomfort caused by temperature fluctuations, providing core temperature regulation support for smart temperature-controlled textiles.

Introduction
Thermalcare PCM (Phase Change Material) is microcapsulated phase change material produced by UniRule Biotech (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.
Thermalcare PCMs are tiny vessels with PCMs，which have been widely applied in medical cooling, mechanical manufacture, architectural materials, heat storage and thermo-regulated textiles, and electronic devices.
Typical Properties
● Used in outdoor textiles, beddings and medical care as temperature control agent.
● High enthalpy and heat resistance.
● Peak phase change temperature can be adjustable and set according to different products or demands.
Particle size distributed between 0.1 and 3μm, excellent washing resistance. furthermoer can be used in viscous spinning and vinylon spinning.

Application Instructions
There are several prerequisites for achieving the desired effects, such as concentrations , processing method and different type of fibers, temperatures.

Adhesive agent 45-250g/l
pH 6-7
Temperature 110-180℃×70-80sec
● A typical printing process as follow：
Thermalcare PCM 34-60%
Adhesive 10-40%
Thickening agent 2-6%
Drying temperature 110-180℃×80-80sec
Storage
-Valid for at least 12 months
-Temperature between 5 ℃to 30 ℃, keep from freezing
