UR 1193, Mercerizing Penetrant Agent for Cotton Fabrics
UR 1193, mercerizing penetrant agent is a high-efficiency anionic auxiliary agent specifically designed for mercerizing cotton and cotton blend fabrics. It significantly reduces the surface tension of alkali solutions, accelerates penetration, and ensures that the alkali solution enters the fiber evenly and quickly, achieving full expansion and enhanced luster. Its excellent wetting and penetrating properties can shorten mercerizing reaction time, reduce alkali consumption, and lower the risk of defects such as streaks and wrinkles caused by uneven penetration.
UR 1193 mercerizing penetrant agent is suitable for use in mercerizing or padding processes of cotton woven and knitted fabrics in mercerizing baths or alkaline solutions.
It can be widely used in cotton textile dyeing and finishing plants, high-end shirt fabric factories, and home textile companies.
It can improve mercerizing effects and production efficiency, ensure a uniform and lustrous fabric surface, and enhance the consistency of subsequent dyeing and the quality of the finished product.

Introduction
UR 1193 mercerizing penetrant agent is a special surfactant designed for mercerization, polyester alkali reduction and alkali shrinkage processes. It has excellent strong alkali resistance and is suitable for the rapid mercerization process of various cotton and its blended fabrics.
It can achieve dry mercerization of grey cloth (or unrefined cotton yarn).
Typical Properties
● Appearance: Colorless or yellow transparent liquid (There will be precipitation after long-term storage. Please stir evenly before use. It will not affect the actual effect.)
● Ionicity: Anionic/nonionic
● pH: 6±1
● Solubility: Easily soluble in water

Applications Scope
Mainly used in mercerizing, polyester alkali reduction and alkali shrinking processes.
Recommended Dosage: 2-10g/L.

Standard packaging: 125Kg/drum.
Storage
To ensure extend shelf life, store UR 1193 mercerizing agent at 25 ℃ or below in a sealed container, shelf life 6 months.
