UR-120 StainLock ( anti-backstaining agent in flake) is a flake-form anti-staining additive specifically developed for denim washing processes. It is primarily used to prevent dye bleeding and color transfer caused by the dissolution of dyes by oxidizing agents during bleaching processes such as snow washing, tie-dyeing, and monkey washing, ensuring a clean base color and clear patterns.
The flake form facilitates rapid dissolution, and can be added before or simultaneously with oxidant treatment. It forms a temporary protective barrier on the fiber surface, inhibiting dye migration and secondary deposition. Suitable for cotton and cotton-stretch denim fabrics and garments, it is widely used in denim laundries.

Introduction
UR120 StainLock is a cold-water-soluble anti-backstaining agent in flake form, can be easily dissolved in room temperature with constant stirring, it effectively prevents Indigo dye redeposition in cotton, polyester and other synthetic fibres without causing fabric elasticity loss. It can be direct use in the laundry or be formulated easily with neutral cellulase powder or granule, buffer and filler. It not only stops indigo dye from redepositing onto denim during stone-washing and abrasion but also delivers a high contrast, clean-pocket finish.

1. Easily dissolve in room-temperature water.
2. It contains a strong anti-back staining system, which provides excellent cleanliness.
3. It has a protective effect on spandex, does not compromise the elasticity of Lycra or Spandex, and is particularly suitable for anti-back staining and cleaning of stretch denim.

Note: Considering the stability of enzymes after diluted to liquid, we do not suggest formulate the powder/granular enzymes and UR 1200 StainLock(Antiback Staining agent in flake) to solution and kept for a long time. Only suggest to formulate the liquid product, and use it out within half month. Or easily and directly put UR120 StainLock into the washing machines.

● Store in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees Celsius, avoid direct sunlight, and the
shelf life is 12 months under sealed conditions
