UR 1618 AMYL, Powder Textile Amylase Enzyme for Desizing Application
UR 1618 amylase (powder) is a highly effective biological enzyme desizing agent, specifically designed for removing starch-based sizing agents from cotton, linen, viscose, and blended fabrics.
It significantly improves the wettability of fibers and subsequent dyeing and finishing performance. Its powder form facilitates transportation and storage, and its activity remains stable after dissolution. It can rapidly catalyze the hydrolysis of starch into soluble sugars under moderate to low temperatures, resulting in clean desizing without damaging the fibers.
UR 1618 amylase (powder) is suitable for the desizing process in textile pretreatment and can be used through immersion, spraying, or continuous washing. It is widely used in weaving mills, knitting mills, and dyeing and finishing enterprises, and is especially suitable for shirt fabrics, bedding fabrics, and high-end garment fabrics that require high whiteness and even dyeing.
UR 1618 amylase (powder) helps improve desizing efficiency, reduce energy consumption, promote environmentally friendly and clean production, and enhance overall dyeing and finishing quality.
