UR 3-146 PP Neutralizer (Potassium Permanganate Neutralizer)
UR 3-146, PP Neutralizer (Potassium Permanganate Neutralizer) is an auxiliary chemical specifically designed for the bleaching process of denim and workwear fabrics.
Its main function is to quickly neutralize residual oxidants after potassium permanganate (PP) bleaching, terminating the oxidation reaction and preventing excessive bleaching damage and loss of fiber strength.
Its unique reducing components can efficiently convert permanganate ions into harmless substances, while inhibiting yellowing and discoloration, maintaining the clean whiteness and color stability of the fabric surface.
UR 3-146 PP Neutralizer (potassium permanganate neutralizer) is suitable for the neutralization process of denim garments or fabrics after special treatments such as potassium permanganate spraying or wiping.
It can be directly diluted with cold water for spraying or immersion. Widely used in denim washing factories, workwear fabric factories, and casual wear finishing companies, it is suitable for cotton, cotton-elastane, and other fibers.

Introduction
UR 3-146 PP Neutralizer is used to remove manganese ions in water or solution, especially suitable for removing potassium permanganate residues in denim washing, textile printing and dyeing industries, or removing excess manganese ions in tap water treatment. It has a cleaning function and can remove manganese ions quickly and efficiently without any harmful substances remaining after treatment.

Application
● Manganese Removal in Denim Washing Process
Add UR 3-146 PP Neutralizer to the washing machine and process for 10–15 minutes at a temperature below 40 °C. After completion, drain the bath and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Dosage:
Standard Application: Use approximately 20% of the dosage of othermanganese removal agent, or 300–400 g per belly-machine
For heavy bleaching or frosted (speckled) garments: When removing manganese from heavy bleaching or frosted (speckled) garments, add an extra 1–2 kg of hydrogen peroxide to improve results.
● Manganese Removal from Tap Water
For the removal of manganese ions, UR 3-146 PP Neutralizer should be dosed as required according to water quality and manganese levels, utilizing the processes of coagulation, sedimentation, and filtration.

Storage
To ensure extend shelf life, store UR 3-146 PP Neutralizer at 25 ℃ or below in a sealed container, shelf life 6 months.
