UR 3521, Non-silicone Deepening Agent
This UR 3521, Non-silicone Deepening Agent is an environmentally friendly textile auxiliary agent that does not contain silicone components.
It is primarily used to enhance the apparent depth and color saturation of dark-colored fabrics, making the colors appear richer, fuller, and more vibrant. Its principle is to adjust the optical reflection of the fiber surface, reducing light scattering and thus enhancing the visual concentration of the dye color, achieving a “deeper-looking” effect without increasing the amount of dye used.
This product is typically applied during the finishing process after dyeing or printing, using padding or heat setting methods, and is suitable for cotton, viscose, modal, nylon, polyester, and their blends.
It can be widely used in dyeing and printing factories, knitting factories, weaving factories, and garment fabric factories, it is particularly suitable for fabrics that require deep colors while avoiding silicone stains and not affecting subsequent processing, such as high-end casual wear, luxury women’s clothing, and functional underwear. It helps to enhance product quality and added value.

Introduction
UR 3521, Non-silicone Deepening Agent is a special polymer emulsion that imparts an ultra-deep black finish to synthetic fiber fabrics during printing or dyeing, particularly effective for polyester, microfiber, and Arabic black finishing. It can be used in dyeing baths or for setting purposes, significantly increasing color depth by over 30%. Using this product results in brighter and deeper colors, improves the wet and dry rubbing properties of fabrics, and exhibits good stability. It can be used in co-baths with anionic and cationic dyes for fabric finishing.

Setting and Baking Temperature and Time:
150 ~ 180℃ × 1 ~ 3 min (Synthetic Fibers)
120 ~ 150℃ × 1 ~ 3 min (Natural Fibers)
Scope of Application
1. Provides excellent results on polyester fabrics.
2. Generally applicable to fabrics such as polyester, nylon, cotton, and wool.
Note: Contains no silicone oil, will not cause slippage on the fabric, and will not affect tear strength.

When stored properly at room temperature in its original packaging, in a clean, covered, and suitable container, UR 3521, Non-silicone Deepening Agent will not present any difficulties in handling, processing, or storage.

Precautions
The dosage depends on the type of fabric and the desired degree of color deepening. To achieve optimal color deepening and processing bath stability, we recommend maintaining the pH of the processing bath at approximately 5.0 to 5.5. Changes in the pH of the processing bath may affect the color deepening effect and should be carefully monitored. It is best to avoid using it simultaneously with other processing auxiliaries. If mixed use is necessary, its compatibility, color deepening effect, and various color fastness properties should be determined through thorough preliminary experiments before use. Maintain consistent processing conditions (especially pH, baking temperature, and time).
