UR 827 LT Scouring Agent ( Low Temperature Bleaching Agent)
UR 827 Low-Temperature Scouring Agent (Low-Temperature Bleaching Agent) is a multi-functional textile auxiliary that achieves efficient refining and mild bleaching under low-temperature conditions. It is specifically designed for removing sizing agents, oils, impurities, and natural pigments from cotton, linen, viscose, and blended fabrics.
Its special formula provides excellent penetration, emulsification, and dispersion at temperatures between 40 and 60℃, saving energy and reducing processing time.
It is suitable for cold pad-batch, short steaming, or continuous scouring and bleaching processes in textile pretreatment. It can be applied by dipping or spraying and is widely used in weaving mills, knitting mills, and dyeing and finishing enterprises, especially suitable for cotton stretch denim fabrics requiring high whiteness and elasticity protection.

Introduction
UR 827 LT scouring agent is an advanced, multi-functional auxiliary designed to revolutionize the traditional cotton bleaching process. It can prevent excessive damage to fibers, reduce weight loss (by 3-5% compared to traditional methods), and improve dyeability and uniform dyeing. This product provides an effective way to achieve energy conservation, emission reduction, environmental protection, and a short-process pretreatment method, leading to a lower overall cost of production.
It is suitable for low temperature scouring and bleaching of pure cotton or blended knitted fabrics, towel, package yarn, hank yarn, etc.

Applications Scope
This product is suitable for the pre-treatment of cotton and its blended knitted fabrics, towel, package yarn, hank yarn, etc.
Usage & Dosage
UR 827 LT scouring agent: 1-2 g/L
Caustic soda (100%): 2-2.5 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide (100%): 1-3 g/L
Bath ratio: 1:8-10
Temperature: 80-85℃
Time: 40-60 min
Process flow: Raw material feeding → Circulation → Heating to 80℃ and keeping warm for 40-60 min → Liquid discharging → Hot water washing (60℃, once) → Liquid discharging again → (Acid descaling to remove oxygen) → Dyeing
Reminder: Both lab trial and workshop production should follow like this: add materials within the range of room temperature – 40 ℃, then heat to 80 ℃ at a rate of 2~3 ℃/min, then keep warm for 40~60 minutes, and rinse thoroughly with hot water above 80 ℃.
It is not ok to add all materials at 80 ℃!!!
Precautions
1. Changing the temperature and time can result in different whiteness and capillary effects, which can be selected according to requirements.
2. For whitening fabrics, the caustic soda (100%) dosage is 2.5g/L, and the hydrogen peroxide (100%) dosage can be increased to 3.5-4.5g/L. An 85℃ × 60min process is adopted. (Note: When using high alkali and high hydrogen peroxide, it must be implemented while ensuring the fabric’s strength.)

Storage
To ensure extend shelf life, store UR 827 LT scouring agent at 25 ℃ or below in a sealed container, shelf life 6 months.
